The Ice Cream

Little Billy's Ice Cream Trike serves The Feisty Cow ice cream which is made on a family farm in Much Hoole, Preston. Moss House Farm has been milking cows for over 50 years, and producing gelato ice cream for around the last 10 years. Sally Fitzell and her family travelled to Bologna in Italy to learn the basics of making traditional Italian gelato from the masters, and since then they have been developing our own style and flavours. The Feisty Cow uses the highest quality ingredients to make the most delicious Ice Cream.

Dietary Requirements

We cater for nearly all dietary requirements. Including Dairy Free, Gluten Free and Vegan. 

- Gluten Free
None of our ice cream flavours currently contain Gluten. 

- Dairy Free 
Our full sorbet range is dairy free and made in a Gelato style so is really rich and creamy. 

- Vegan
Some of our supplied sorbets are plant based. We can also source vegan cones if required. 

- Traces of Nuts
Although The Feisty Cow do their best to sterilise everything in their ice cream parlour before and after use, they cannot guarantee that traces of nuts will not be found throughout any other flavours. 

Flavours

The Feisty Cow supply 28 different flavours of gelato ice cream and 4 flavours of "gelato style" sorbet meaning it is dairy free but still offers a really delicious rich and creamy texture. 

Only the highest quality ingredients are used including Belgian chocolate and fresh fruit. Our mint choc chip ice cream is white (not green) as it is made from pure English peppermint oil and is 100% natural. No Artificial flavours & colourings here! 

We offer a seasonal flavour which rotates and changes due to availability and seasonality of fruit.

Our current seasonal flavours are "Blood Orange & Lychee" and "Eton Mess"

Bespoke flavours of both ice cream and sorbet can be made upon request for an additional cost.
